Hell man, at 17 you've probably been chewed out dozens of times by someone & I'm sure you wouldn't bawl just being chewed & especially in front of friends.

Hey, with Kyle already 18 & Joel turning 18 in February, you're the "little brother dude" in that trio. Think your buddies know about the 28th & will 'pop' your butt with the birthday ritual of 17+1?

Not a lot Luke, but enough. As a kid it was the normal 'doing what told not to do' stuff & then find myself going over a sitting lap to have my pants taken down & bare bottom smacked...then sit in the corner on my sore bottom 20-30 minutes crying. When old enough for the paddle, it was loosen waist of my jeans & go over a chair in our room with dad pulling down the seat of my jeans & paddle seat of my briefs. The bare butt came again around 13 & when dad took off his belt. Was your dad always using a paddle or you get some hand spanking bare bottom too? Sit in corner on spanked bottom?

He did a few times age 13-16 straight to bare ass bent over desk chair or edge of bed. At least never felt the strap like dad got from his dad as a boy.

Yes...paddle, even belt might hurt for awhile but at least it was over quicker. Sounds like you preferred the paddle over grounding too.
