Sorta figured. Saturday with buddies is better than grounded in your room. First time you ask your dad to use the paddle to get out of a grounding?

Not exceptionally tough butt. The opt was 3 swats = 1 hour after school. Think most guys felt they could take that & survive, especially wearing jeans. Recall 3 in 10th & 11th grade & junior year, I had an after school job that a detention would really screw with.

Recently? How many swats could buy off a detention for you? Worth it for what you had done & got detention?

Dave was only 11 at the time & as you probably saw in his 'confession' message, got no real spankings until 9 when dad paddled his butt for stealing candy. Dad had warned us, me especially, if caught smoking. It was no paddle but a belt whipping on my bare ass. Never took one for me, but shielded my cover a few times that saved me from getting one.

Not a lot or frequent but enough and ya'll our dad too.
