Dude...CONGRATULATIONS! Mr. Rick-Real Estate Man!

Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?
I drove Joel home to pickup some things as he stays ovr at my house Monday and Tuesday nights to help save on gas driving to school, and what a GREAT SURPRISE to see your note posted right away.
I thought maybe after passing you'd celebrate with a quick get away to unwind, but having some time to yourself at your apt. is just as good to celebrate.
Rick, don't sell yourself short about being one not to do good on tests, etc. I'm the same way, but always pull it off. Joel seems to be Mr. Test Success once he gets his mind and butt in gear to focuss and consentrate on whatever kind of test he's taking.
We just had the end of our first marking period and we're waiting to see how everyone did for pass.
Your welcomed on the support I was pulling for you to do good, and I know your dad must be really, really proud of you Rick. Treasure the moment.
Good that David helped you prepare for your exam day. Maybe you can reward him with a special nite out, when he doesn't have a lady friend date or maybe you both could double date for an extra special celebration.
