Hey buddy how you doing? It sounds like little Alex might have a tough little butt if you think it took about 20 smacks before he started crying when you used the hair brush on him.
What did he kinda say in his "owning up" to lying about hiding the hairbrush?
He has to be one smart little guy to think up about putting that hairbrush in the waste basket and throwing tissue paper on top. Of course, you was one step ahead of him as a detective to think to look there.
That's GREAT Alex didn't avoid you at breakfast. I was hoping he wouldn't. It shows what a love he has for you to know you was right in punishing him for misbehaving.
As for NOT being too happy bring the check to school, of course he wouldn't want to as he would be seeing the girl again to apologize to her, and remember at his age girls are a "nobody" in his book or at least they weren't for me when I was his age and in the first grade. I was kinda of scared of'em.
As for Kyle, he liked them more for whatever reason, but later on I made up for lost time with my buddy.
Yeah, that was a cool thing for Jason to get Alex a cushion to sit on at breakfast. Think Alex will return the favor sometime? If so, I hope it's NOT soon!
