The mom you are referring to was a bit crass, however she is also the same mom featured years ago on an A&E pageant shot with the beautiful 17yr old daughter who had CF, and who also passed away shortly after the filming of the show. Losing a child is something none of us ever want to experience. She obviously had this daughter after the passing of her other daughter and although her parenting skills aren't necessarily the same as you or I, we also have never walked a mile in her shoes.
