that mom is a wack job of the 5 she said she did pageants woo too scary . There does not matter how much editing there is no one can put words in your mouth. I disagree. I think the director saw what was happening and knew how desperately Ashlyn needed to hear that she was special. I'd have done the same thing in the directors shoes, and I applaud her for doing what she did. After watching the show I'll bet Mr Stirling will reassess how things happen in their home. He IMO is a great guy and this show was probably needed in order for him to face reality of how poorly Mrs Stirling treats at least one of her children (NT) -- Sometimes we have to learn by having a mirror truly show us what we are like. Every time that mom opened her mouth I wanted to smack her. Even my daughter & I gasped at the same time when she said, ON TV, that Breanne was the cuter twin. Saying one of your children is prettier than the other and better onstage and more likely to win IS favoritism. And she said those things loud and clear. What, do you think they clipped each word out of another sentence and pasted the video clips together to make those statements? And how freaking deluded is she to think that the one daughter is prettier because she looks more like HER! ummm, i think the farthest you could get from looking like that woman, the better.
