ANY COACH can request a change to ANY PLAYERs position during the mid season window and if the players recent form warrants the change, Mods will do it.

As for your statement above, John. HAHA good luck. If Dixon is played in Ruck and he isn't Team Balance eligible, he cops a penalty regardless of your "refusal" - sorry mate, If I concede a penalty and your fellow coaches do... then why shouldn't you.
