Subject: Richmond VA USA SPCA Chief'sDog Dies in Hot Car

This is very sad. Within the last week the SPCA Chief in Richmond, VA USA allowed her dog to die in her car. She hasn't been charged (how convenient), and she isn't stepping down from her position! They are spinning the incident around to make it look like she is now in a better position to help others avoid the same mistake. BS!

If this were any of us, we would have been arrested and prosecuted. Very, very sad!
