I spoke to a vet today who doesn't offer chemo for dogs at his clinic. This vet has treated dogs before and after the chemo. I have decided to wait 6 months and then do an xray and go from there. I can't see making my dog sick for three months to only gain three months of life. I would rather have his remaining time without me making him ill from chemo. He might only make it for another 6 months or I could prolong that with chemo for a year at most. That would be with making him sick for 3 of those months. I think I will let him enjoy life right now, he is in good health and very happy. There is a chance he could go for many years and the cancer Might not come back or spread.
