Rule clarifications

Might be a good idea to think through and rule on some the situations that might come up.

The refusal allowed one time per month
Is that "one time" refusal of one challenge or one refusal night?
What happens if you just can't attend that night and say you have 2 challengers? Which one would take your spot? or would the 2 challengers have to race each other for the spot???

If you get a refusal (before 12 Thur) can you challenge someone else or did that count at your one challenge.

Getting called out twice the same night or calling out someone that ends up below you in the list or not on the list at all..
What happens if you are the 2nd person to call out a racer and if the person you have called out has lost their spot from their first call out race? Say they are in a lower position than the challenger at that point, or possibly no longer even on the 25 list at all?

What happens If someone not in the top 25 comes and challenges a racer "not in the top 10" and the racer they challenged positing changes to be in the top 10 on their first race of the night?
