• I'm sorry but I don't care if it is almost Christmas, the mail isn't that slow this time of year. That is just an excuse for all those bad ss who failed to follow through with the rules. Yes, I do understand that the mail can be slow, but we are talking about pm's who have every excuse in the world for not sending, clothes, money, keeping appt. times for lessons...etc Next year if you can't abide by the rules, just don't sign up to participate and there will be less children disappointed.
