I'd be more willing to go out with a guy who was hotter than someone else if he had a decent personality... I mean, looks aren't everything. They're nice, and they're key and all - but a guy can still be really hot and either airheaded, dull or something else.
It's nice to have a balance. I would avoid really ugly guys, unless they had one heck of a personality to counterbalance their looks... Sometimes peeps get lucky, finding peeps both hot and with a personality...
