Subject: Well, let's review what we've decided on then...

...so everyone who hasn't been keeping up knows what's been happening. I haven't gotten input on all of these so tell me what you think.
Powerplaying: We ignore powerplayers until they get better at writing good messages
Bombs: Must have a bomb technician; can only bomb once per real month; Morgan decides the damage
POW: Must treat prisoners well, giving them food and water, even if prisoner is going to be put to death; on the death matter, I don't know how we'll do that, any ideas?
Training: Character can join with one skill, any level but the highest. Trains with a teacher, who grades them based on quality of posts, how much he/she powerplays, realism, etc.
Pilot levels: birds; Rogue/Spy levels: Initiate, apprentice, _____, master; Guard levels: classes

That's what I've got, any thoughts? Technicians doesn't seem like a thing to have classes but it should still require training...maybe number of years in training? Not real years of course...
