Personally, I don't see one gender as wholly superior or inferior to the other.
Each gender has its strengths and weaknesses. Males are genetically designed to be the more physical gender. You'd have to go and change our species to alter this. (yes, there are exceptions, but that's what they are - exceptions - not the norm).
While males are predisposed to physical labor, females are better suited to decision making roles.
If you just look at female lead marriages, those are the ones where both partners are happiest, there's less conflict, and thus, the family as a whole is better off.
Men who serve their wives or girlfriends are happier than those that don't have that opportunity.
Unfortunately, most men are too stupid to realize this and are unwilling to accept a female lead. Women can make their mates happy if they would just take the lead and steer the relationship in that direction (either overtly or covertly).
