On what grounds do you believe this?

I don't know that I am. I don't think you do either.

I think there's a lot of evidence for the existence of God; rational grounds for thinking that God probably exists. God is the best explanation (I think) for abstract objects, the existence of objective moral values, the existence of this universe (the universe began to exist, therefore something caused it) and its intricate mathematical order and fine-tuned physical constants for life, how souls were given to humanity etc.

Atheism runs up short when it comes to inference to the best explanation. It has the problem of evil on its side, but not much else, and it isn’t enough to tip the evidential scales out of favor with theism (I think).
