Spankings were administered by Dad while Mom watched. When ever I was gonna get one, which was not that infrequent, Dad would sit on the living room couch. I had to stand in front of him while he admonished me. After the scolding, he would lower my pants or shorts to my ankles. I then had to lay across his lap to receive my punishment. My panties were then tugged down to fully bare my bottom.
