Omad is right you need to be very careful if you whip a little boy's penis. But you can do it if you're careful. First he needs to be naked because you need to see where you are whipping. Only whip his penis (the part that gets erect) not his scrotum (where the testicles are inside). You should use something flexible like a belt or leather strap. Don't use a paddle or wooden spoon. Just make sure the strap or buckle (whichever end you use) hits only his penis. You might want to put a hand over his scrotum to protect it. But don't hit your hand either! This is very painful and should be enough to make your son behave.
