Isn't their a program here on the island that is run by a grant to clean and clear the areas on the island of hazardous waste? Can the town be taught to recycle their waste and separate their garbage? Shouldn't we already have a recycling center here great chance to open new jobs. Can the environmental clean up department actually do their job? Or is that just another waste of grant money?
