Subject: I want that job

I want that job! Work 2 hours, get paid for 40

Well, my other post was deleted. The rats don't like that bright light of truth highlighting their severe imperfections. In the real world, anybody who 'performs' like a majority of Metlakatlans, would be fired immediately! Ah, the safe bosom of Met, allowing the weak to gain 'power' and then do nothing but rest on their weak laurels. With people going to college, but not finishing, but still have the nerve to claim that they are college educated, and by God, they deserve that job, is it any wonder that Met is floundering on its deathbed. In the real world a diploma and a degree count not 'just going to school'. Oh, that's another thing: going to school. To the wandering fools, that is just another place to drink and get into trouble, and come back home with their tails tucked. But then they are rewarded...what? Are we to reward stupidity? Let's go ahead and perpetuate that idiocy. If a dog does something wrong, we reprimand it, but also reward it when it does well. We treat our 'people' worse than dogs. Insane.

Higher education comes hand in hand with a modicum of professionalism. It's intrinsic and almost impossible to rid yourself of this professional level once you've achieved a higher education, unless you are an addict or alcoholic, then those things are mere burdens to drink/drug over. In Met, the level of 'professionalism' stops at family. Those who are in charge or have a fine filigree of tenuous 'power' are swayed not by detached professionalism, but grotesque emotionalism. They would make a 'job' decision based solely on how they were treated by that person with whom they are dealing. Or, they hold prejudices from many years past, and now have the chance 'to get that person back' for some insanely perceived wrong that was done to them! But when family wants something, they bend over backward to give it to them, IN the professional field: Nepotism. The weak minds have a very difficult time separating personal from work.

Those same weak minds sit idly by and watch others do bad things, like work only a couple hours a day and get paid for a full day. Their mindset is this: if they do it, I can do it. Met is a union! But in the real world, union workers actually get the job done and do a good job, but it takes a little bit of time. They're trained to not work as fast as those next to them. How long before Met starts to work? Look at that joke of a road that has marred the landscape. A very dangerous road! Why? The slackers lined their pockets instead of leveling it out. In the real world, a road like that would not have been made to its current point and been called 'complete'. And Ket isn't the real world, but they at least know how to make a different by pass road. It's paved and used all the time. Didn't take 20 years...oh wait, it's not 20 years yet. And why not treat the sides of the road with living mulch so that grasses or something other than alders grows on the white scars of the roadside. If we wait 30 years, then maybe some alders will grow...a 'new' road is a typical analogy for Met and its corrupt greedy leaders: Takes forever to complete and they claw and scratch for the 'credit' for doing the 'new' road. By any other standard that road isn't new because it's not done yet. The world's oldest 'new' road ever! What a joke. Puts the term 'milking it' to shame. That milk has since curdled and has blown away as dust in the wind.

At one time work meant work, Not sit and do nothing,
Also the Name Benson Was a Good Name, Not now, It just like The name meant nothing to the current Benson's. So Get Him out of the work place if He isn't doing His Job, He's a slackker, Doesn't Make anyone Feel good to even know Him. Like anyone of the Dealers who don't work. I compare him with Dealers Because he makes Money just riding around. Lazy Butt Head.

They hide out all day where ever out the road, and get paid for it..they come back just before 3:pm everyday, they dont do crap..and if you call them and ask them to repair something, they yell at you and say, they have a lot of work to do, but you dont see them anywhere in town, till its time to go home..those guys supposedly work out of that office by northland, towards the gas station..on that road, their bldg used to be where the garden club is now!we see..a lot of people see them, how can they get away with that anyway? its the same with those power an light guys..hide out the road..everyday. they know how to milk a job to..stand around in a hole trying to look busy, but they arnt doing anything at all, we see them and hear them to!

You had all that time to write about ur own people. Downing on their achievements, well instead of worrying about everyone else is problems work on your own back yard . Then stand up
And share your ideas with your people. You can't judge everyone because a hand full make bad decision. The solution for this town is coming together. When that happens then come get me and will make this work

It sounds like a are a big part of the reason why Metlakatla is the way that it is. Be proud of the good things and stop talking so much shit. If you are so educated and you have a college degree put it to use, dumb bastard.

Now your honest council are *Using* the casino to benefit their ass pocket just like they did with the timber sales, cannrey, saw mill, Yeah looks like the Casino is next inline. Whenever you or anyone that plays there it benefits someone's ass pocket, your contribution goes into the general fund. Sickening, huh? Its the only reason why the casino is kept open,'cause its a class 11 casino, if it were a class 111 casino it wouldn't last long 'cause a class 111 casino isn't hooked in with other slots everywhere else. Indian casinos anywhere everyone in that town benefits from it but not in Metlakatla. SUCKS!!!
