With all the commotion concerning DCCCLOA, I have some questions I would like answered as I have not seen them addressed in this website nor in the newsletter.
1. Who are the candidates that are running for election to replace the existing board?
2. Are all the members from the DCCCLOA existing board running for re-election?
3. If a replacement board is elected will the following items be taken care of:
a. will the abandoned trailers and structures be removed?
b. will a contract be issued to spray for mosquitoes in Downeys?
c. will the replacement board lobby with the county about improving and paving roads, improving drainage and improving beach conditions?
d. will annual maintenance fees increase?
The February 26 date is fast approaching. A second lawyer is now in the picture and lot of money has gone out of town with the first one. After all this time, it would be nice to know when we will not hear about this topic any longer and start spending the money spent on lawyers to improve Downeys instead of on lawyers.

1. Any member of DCCCLOA who is physically present at the Special Meeting may run for position on the Board of Directors . Nominations for Candidatures will be taken from the floor, at this Special Meeting
WHO is running?? Anybody s guess !!! Everybody who is a Member of
DCCCLOA can run.
Answer for the rest.......Thats for the NEW Board to decide...
