I have e-mailed several requests for information to the DCCCLOA and to sargentbeachtexas@live.com and all my e-mails have been returned. Is the site down? We would like to put a Morgan steel building on our lot so we can store lawn equipment and the like. We need to know if it is allowed. The building be set on concrete blocks and anchored down. Who do I need to talk to about this matter?

Well, the person you'll be talking to is Lisa with the Matagorda County Environmental Health. It's at 2200 7th street in Bay City. Good Luck. Building will need to be under 100 sq ft or it'll have to be 12 ft in the air.
