Carly finished 2nd runner-up in a field of 18 contestants in a VERY competitive NYC local. I am sure she feels disappointed but she should be proud. DE misses Carly. This would have probably been her year had she stayed. There a great things in store for her no doubt. -- Miss Delaware Forum
