Amy your a great mom. You know the pleasure of smoking and nicotine addiction and wanted to share that joy with them.

For myself assuring that they became heavy smokers was the only way to go. Not just the amount they smoked but the way they smoked as well. They definitely needed some instruction to get them smoking properly. Had to use internet videos of women smoking to teach a lady-like style. But that first day I explained that cigarettes are expensive and if they were going to smoke they weren't to waste them.I turned on the kitchen sink and let the water run down the drain explaining that it was just like the smoke curling off the end of their cigs. If they weren't dragging on their cigs often when they are lit then the smoke is just going to waste. I also told them that the cig ends at the filter and not before. I showed them how to take a good mouthful, inhale it deep and hold it in for a few seconds.Blowing it out too fast and you miss out on some of the nicotine. Demonstrated how you can smoke hands free and do work like washing dishes and other household tasks. No room was off limits to smoke.

They were feeling much better after the 2nd cig after having none and I asked them if they liked the way they felt without their nicotine. They both agreed they didn't like that at all. I explained that their need for cigarettes was going to grow. They were going to have to smoke more often to keep feeling from coming back. At that point they were smoking relatively mild menthol light cigs at least to start. But I planned on changing that very soon.

What brands do you and your daughter smoke? Has it changed over time?
