Subject: Announcing the 2011-12 Texas State Ambassador Program

Our 2011-12 Ambassador Program will get kicked off September 1, 2011. The Ambassador Program is designed to recognize our Cinderella girls who attend Cinderella events, parades, volunteer/community service work and charity type work. For each event, points are earned and the top young ladies earning the most points throughout the year will be announced and rewarded at our State Finals. In order to be eligible, you must attend the State Pageant. Points must be turned in quarterly along with a brief description and photo of the event. Cinderella crowns and banners must be worn to earn points, as you are representing your Cinderella title and acting as a spokesperson for our program. This program is open to all Cinderella Girls, Tot - Woman, in the state of Texas who is active participants in the program. Kendall Neff, our 2011 reigning Texas State Ambassador is not eligible to participate this year, for she will be representing her title throughout the year. Our Overall Royalty is also not eligible to participate in this year’s Ambassador Program.
• The 2011-12 rules are as follows:
1. You must sign in at every Cinderella prelim in order to qualify for that event's points. It is up to you to turn in your points for that event, not the preliminary director.
2. Points and photos must be turned in to the state office quarterly in order to receive credit. This can be emailed – put Ambassador and your daughter’s name in the subject line.
3. Cinderella preliminaries or any scheduled Cinderella event (Halloween Party, Christmas Party, group fundraiser, etc.) are worth 1 point.
4. Participation in a parade is worth 2 points.
5. Appearances at a nursing home or food bank are worth 2 points.
6. Volunteering at any charitable event or community organization is worth 3 points.
7. Points are at the discretion of the state director.
Titles will be awarded to the Top 2 finishers with others being recognized at the Welcome Banquet. The number of participants recognized will be at the discretion of the director.
The Ambassador Princess – (1st runner up) will receive 100.00 in cash onstage at the Welcome Banquet, round crown and satin monogrammed banner.
The State Ambassador (winner) will receive 200.00 in cash onstage, a round crown, a satin monogrammed banner and spend the year reigning as our new Texas State Ambassador.
