Dd paid to do worlds. Stupid mistake on my part. Mediocre preopen dancer. Placing in preopen and does win them towards end of year when other dancers have moved on. Teacher isn't much cop.   - Honestly it will give her the experience, tell her to work for it - do all she can next few weeks, know it's not something she can just walk into without the work (NT) -- you'll be surprised how much she can come on just in the experience alone . My daughter is preopen more than open and has done the last 3. She loved every second of them all. Got her 1st medal last year which was very unexpected. She loved the experience and its made her want to push more. If your daughter doesn't have expectations I'd let her dance.
