As long as she has residency in Maine, she qualifies. She grew up with her grandmother, so that's why. Rani has lived in NYC since just after her crowning. I agree, it isn't fair to the girls who live here year round. It's just the way it is! (NT) -- No name, 04:34:31 06/15/12 Fri
