I'm not quite sure where you are exactly. Have you done the roof-hopping to get to the remains of the dead hammerites? If you are at this point, just go into the tomb and keep going all the way to the back. I think that you don't have to hit a switch to open the waterway, but I'm not sure. Anyways, it's right at the back of the lowest level in the tomb...
