Subject: Help - Stuck in the mines!

First off congrats on this cool site.

Just got Thief Gold - I'm in the 2nd mission - the prison. But I am stuck on the first level of the mines - how do you get up?

I'm in the room with the electronic thingy buzzing, killed all the undead people - again, shot all my moss arrows for fun and out of boredom, tried to commit suicide by jumping in the electrical field, etc. The intro says the way is "uphill and to the north". I have tried every way I can think of. I usually never ask for tips and such, but I hate to quit playing the game because I can't go anywhere or advance. But I'm pretty much at that point.

Any help is appreciated.
