This is a tricky one. Go to Ramerez's bedroom on the second floor (I want to say it's on the far East wing). It's the only room except the library on this floor w/ a balcony (the balcony doors are open). Take out the fire in the fireplace w/ a water crystal, then crouch down and climb in. There's a switch in the upper right wall that opens a secret door, leading to the poker and some loot in a blue box. Also while you're in this room, crouch down in front of the chest to the right of the bed and look for a tiny ring- it's really hard to see and most people miss it.
