the most commonly missed loot can be obtained by entering the sewer grates from the street- look for the wooden door, then on the ground inside very closely for a bracelet. Also- when you're swimming in- in the round room- look down and to the left- a tunnel leads to a crate w/ some loot in it. Don't forget the ring on the bookcase on the opposite side of the upstairs hall from the library as well.
