Subject: FRAMED!!!

Anyone out there working there way through Thief II? I am at an impasse on the "Framed" Level. I have got Hagen's Handkerchief and the Strongbox, but am unable to do anything with thiem. Specifically, I cannot leave them in their appropriate locations. Have I missed something?
