Hey Judge Dylan,

Got a case for you to rule on.

Rachel, one of our new Girl Forum Members ran into some bad luck and got a spanking from her Mom after going a long, long time without getting spanked.

You can read her thread, and make a decision if she was right to use her cell phone or if her Mom was right to not have Rachel use her phone.

Despite the arguement between Rachel and her Mom, Rachel got a spanking that she thinks was unjustified and wrong to have been given to her.

Please introduce yourself, Judge Dylan and tell her about yourself and the Dylans and how you have a long, long record of not getting spanked yourself and then look over and read her SPANK CASE/Rachel vs Her Mom and make a ruling!

Judge Dylan, do I get a commision for bring this case to your attention?

Just to clarify from Mark the Athlete's comments, I'm a purely virtual character whose full time job is to pair up with Dr Dylan (another virtual character) to keep regular Dylan out of trouble. He's 14 and believe me, it's a full time job!!

Anyway, I sometimes get asked to rule on things. I just put on my virtual robe and wig that I picked up when regular Dylan went to London with his parents last fall. So, here's the ruling from the e-bench:

It seems that you were being punished for deliberately disobeying your parents. In most courts of parental law, that's a big no-no. Perhaps you didn't intend to, but if I'm reading the court transcripts correctly, that's what you were charged with. If so, the punishment is usually on the high end, as you now know all too well.

My colleague Dr Dylan, an expert despankologist, suggests that in the future you (and anyone else reading this) might want to negotiate a way to let your friends know you were busted for another week. Doing while your mom was out just looks bad. Regular Dylan can negotiate most things with his parents. Not sure what it's like for you....

Anyway, regular Dylan and the two of us are sorry you got it so bad. It doesn't seem like you meant to get in big trouble, but we see where your mom was coming from.
