Did u see the Moderator message here titled “Important Announcement”? The Moderator is mad and doesn’t want sports talk on here. I was really hoping this forum would return to what it used to be, when it was fun and a great place to chat. I used to love this forum. If u haven't read it, please read it. Anyway, I want to find a place where we can continue to chat, and I asked the Moderator if you could join the Pro Board forum. He didn’t see any reason why u couldn’t, if u wanted to. If u did, we could chat there. Tanner, Wyatt, Jonah would be willing to join too. I haven’t asked Brady, but I hope he would too. On the other forum, messages can be posted to the public forums, you can send private messages to other members and there is a chat room where u can chat with other members. If u would join, we could send private emails to each other and not be a bother to others. My parents don’t allow me use the chat room, they have concerns about a couple of members, but I stay away from them. Please ask your parents and see if u can join. If your parents have concerns maybe one of them could join too, my dad joined so he can keep an eye on things. My parents also know my password so they can log in and check the contents of the messages I get. It seems like a pretty safe place. I know u probably have concerns and am not sure, but please think about it. There are people from the old forum there, but we can leave them alone and hopefully they will do the same. But, if they want to friends, I would be willing to chat. Please think about it, or if u can think of some other place we could leave messages, let me know. I know this will be hard for u. I'm confused by the Moderator's message here because when the other forum went dormant PJ left a message there after talking with the Moderator here and the message said we were welcomed to return to this forum, and it was okay to include talking about sports. PJ said he didn't want anything to do about our sports talking and wouldn't be commenting about our games or scores. See why I'm confused, now? I didn't think our sports talk was turning into a long list sports announcements and game scores, and didn't realize if it because you, Tanner, Brady, Wyatt and I returned to posting thread/messages like we used to do in the forum, and since then now Jonah has joined in too, besides sharing about spankings he had in the past or could earn now if he didn't follow rules, etc. I want to continue to talk with you, Tanner, Brady, Wyatt and Jonah and some others who came and followed to this forum, too. I know some of those who followed to this forum enjoyed reading about our sports playing, offered us encouragement and support to try to win games etc., besides talking about spanking and other daily things. Another confusion I am having now is, before I left this forum last year PJ told me he and the others would see to it so I couldn't join the Pro Forum board. They didn't want me there!! Now why is it okay to join? I am confused. My dad has a concern. Concern for my safety. I'm not sure what all there has to be done to join the Pro Board forum, how it's done, and if one has to create a password to use in the Pro Board once your a member how is that guarded so nobody in the Pro Board forum finds out, etc.? How is information applying to join the forum guarded so nobody can trace where I live at and find out my address and other information about me and prevent some "kook" using this information to bother me, etc. Also, is there a way that members in the Pro Board can find out the secret password I would be using, to play jokes and cause trouble for me and others and they try posting crazy-harmful-and unwanted messages, etc.? There's suppose to be a way that private messages can be sent amongest members to members and the messages can only be seen by them and nobody else? I would be all for doing that. How is that done? There's a chat room? My dad wouldn't want me to be apart of that, no way, after issues from last year. If I got involved in that, without his permission, I would get my butt paddled good and really sore! Right now, I know of no other place we could go to leave messages at. I always felt at home here in this forum, before you, Tanner, Brady Wyatt and Jonah came along. I date back to November 2010 coming here and didn't have any problems with anyone here, until February 2012. That reminds me, Little Brother. I think we've passed the time period of two year anniversary since you, Tanner, Brady and I have been friends. Wasn't it in February 2011 that you guys discovered and came to this forum? You know, I never asked you how and what the reason was that you guys came about discovering and coming to this forum? How did it happen? What ever the reason, I'm sure glad you guys did! I like being friends with you, you guys are cool and treat me, Drew, Jake and Sean like a real brother, and you guys are like real bothers I've never had. We like sports, have same school interests and in sports, have girlfriends and over the periods of our lifes have gotten spanked by our parents and learned from our mistakes and have shared about those times and find sometimes we've had similar experiences getting spanked, etc. Can you answer my questions about the Pro Board forum? My dad wants to THINK ABOUT THINKS and wants answers. Right now, however, we can continue to visit and leave messages like we have been doing too. How did Tanner come out in the hoop tournament? I hope he and the team won! Wednesday of this week our hoop team plays in the semifinal district tournament game we are assigned to play in. If we can win that, we advance to play for a district title and continue in the March Madness other tournaments. I left you guys a message about this, and I left you a week ago another message of just talk, etc. did you see it? I left other messages to Brady, Tanner, Wyatt, too. The Moderator didn’t have any issues with u. I think it would be okay if u did. I don’t remember all the steps needed to join, but u will need an email address. U don’t need to use your real email, u can go to Hotmail or Yahoo and create one just to join. U could be PointGuard18 , WideReciever88, or some other name. When u join, the Moderator sends you a confirmation email which u need to click on to complete your registration. U would create your own password and I don’t know how anyone would find out what you decided what u decided to use. Email addresses are hidden and no one can find out what yours is. Remember, u can get a separate email just to join. On this forum, a password is not needed to post a message; anybody could just use another person’s screen name to post a message. I could post a message and use the name Mark the Athlete, PJ or another. If someone did send u a nasty message, u could report them to the Moderator. My parents think this forum is safe, they know my password and check my messages from time to time. I am not allowed to use the chat room. I hope u think about joining and talk to your parents about it. I know u are concerned, please ask me any questions u or your parents might have, I will try to answer them. We had 8 inches of snow today, but we still had school. No high winds to blow the snow around causing blizzard conditions. Tanner’s team finished second in their post season conference tournament. Brady’s IM basketball team is still winning in their playoffs. Our high school varsity basketball team keeps winning and starts conference tournament play tomorrow night. My high school is seeded number 1 in the post season tourney. I know they would like to tell u about it, but am not sure if they should. Yeah, it has been about 2 years since I first posted on this forum. My friend Trent parents only used restrictions for consequences and when he was on restrictions, we couldn’t play with him. Me, Damon and Jonah decided he needed another form of punishment and I found this forum while looking for information. I lurked here for about 2 month before I decided to drop in and say hi. Someone asked me if Tanner would say hi and he began chatting with u and others, and decided to continue. Brady was home for summer break when I showed him this site and he agreed to say “hi” and kept posting. Wyatt came later that fall during hunting season. And u just met Jonah a few weeks ago. Things have cooled and some things were said then that don't apply now. Mark, you are right, we did tell you not to come to PB, but a year heals lots of hard feelings. Mark, I am sure there are some who will still choose not to interact with you but that will be OK. Mark, I am glad we have been able to communicate again and it has been nice to calm some hard feelings however, I must be honest. I did this for two reasons. I did it mostly for Brooks. I respect him a lot and I know your guys' communication is important. But, also, I did it to offer an olive branch for some things that were said in anger a year ago. Mark, believe it or not, PB is safer than voy. NO one knows your password. You can't see the place unless you are a member and you do need an email but it can be a one time "fake" one made at hotmail or something. All personal information is handled by YOU through profile management BUT emails are required to be hidden and no one has access to your password unless YOU give it to them. Do this for Brooks. I acquired such an account via http://dudmail.com/ (it can be set up to forward to your actual e-mail address). I'm a bit confused, what kind of introduction is needed to participate there? As for your password, it is essential that you never use the same password for two or more different things, that your password cannot be found in any book or dictionary, and that you can remember it, but nobody can guess it, not even your closest friends and family. Mark, your dad's concerns are valid, however you are now more than 17 years old and will soon be 18, that means you will be fully free and responsible to decide about your entire communication, where you participate and what you tell about yourself. It's not good to tell too much about yourself in public so it's not advisable to tell about your exact location, for example, in a world-readable forum such as this one. So please listen to your parents but talk to them, one of your arguments could be that it's important for you now to learn to decide who is good to communicate with and who is not.
