There was a women who admitted having a fetish for girdles, and detailed that fact in a book she wrote.
I don't remember her name or the title of the book.
We discussed this in this forum quite some time ago.
Perhaps somebody here can give her name or the title of her book.
Her book is definitely on the Internet, as I looked up that part of the book on Google.
In her case, the tightness of the girdle aroused her genitalia as she walked.
So in her case, it was not visual, but physical.
I would think she is not the only person who has had this happen to her.
