What I personally found is a OBG yes is comfortable, but this type of girdle just does not give my stomach and back the support I really need. If found after going to a professional corsetier who put me in a Rago 6210 girdle and then put me through girdle training I was totally amazed how having my stomach well support everyday I felt great. What I found after going through the girdle training that after a few weeks you will become totally girdle dependent and can never ever be without a girdle, which is great.
