My daughter had a newer style senior dress. Mandarin collar (not green lace) but no crystals. I hand washed it in the bath tub with oxyclean and rinsed it several times. After I hand washed it, I air dried it, upside down, on two drying racks so that I could spread the panels of the skirt out on towels, and let the bodice of the dress hang down, with the sleeves supported by the bars of the rack. It probably takes two days to dry. You can also use Zout or maybe Spray and Wash or something like that, to spot clean it.
