Subject: Help with cleaning senior dress

So, I live in Utica and took my daughter's dress to the dry cleaner. They said they would have to send it out. Person from wherever they sent it to calls me tonight and says the dress can't be dry cleaned, it needs to be washed, but there is a good chance washing will ruin it. Ugh!!! Looking for advice here. I told him I would ask around and call in the morning. I'm thinking I am just going to tell him I want the dress back and I'll go get it from him. Really didn't think this would be that big of a deal. What has everyone else done to get theirs cleaned? Thanks in advance
