Subject: Gamma Globulin Author: Jim [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: Wednesday, April 18, 2012, 06:00: pm This morning I went to my wife's dental office to give give one of two new assistants gamma globulin shots after they both were exposed to a hepatitis patient. One was stuck by the needle while unloading the syringe and the other stuck her finger while cleaning the instruments. I met Yvonne at the office this morning. We went into their break room. I explained that she needed 4cc of gamma globulin and I was going to give half in each of her hips. She turned white. I thought I was going to get them in my arms. I said not this stuff. It is thick and has to go in a large muscle. I told her I had Emla cream that I was going to put on the sites and wait 15 minutes and then give her the injections. She laid across the couch in the break room and untied her lavender scrubs. I pulled them down and pulled down her lavender panties. I put the cream on each cheek and covered it with an op site and pulled her panties back up and scrubs. She got up and went and set up her room. She came back and closed the door and locked it so no one could come in. She untied her scrubs and pushed them down and then laid on her stomach. I pulled down her panties and wiped the cream off her cute cheeks. I put the first 18g needle deep in her right bun and she tensed up. When she relaxed I slowly injected the first 2cc. I wiped her other cheek and quickly put the needle into her hip and waited for her to relax and then gave her the injection. She had two small blood trails running down her untanned bottom which I wiped off. I put a bandaid on both sites and then massaged her butt cheeks a few minutes before pulling up her panties. I feel like golf balls in my bottom. I said you need to walk today to work that medication in your muscle. Next week I will give you your Hep A in your bottom and six months later one more. She had talked with Yvonne and new she was going to be getting two shots. We went into the bathroom and she united her scrubs and pushed them down. I pulled down her panties and rubbed the cream on both of her butt cheeks and put an op site on each. She pulled up her panties and scrubs and went out to set up her room. She came back in 20 minutes and we went into the lounge and closed and locked the door. She pulled down her srubs and laid face down on the couch. I pushed down her panties and took off the opsites and wiped the cream off. She saw the 18g needle and immediately tensed up her butt. I gave her a couple of slpas on the left cheek turning her white butt red and then quickly darted the needle into her butt and slowly injected. I uncapped the second needle and gave her two smacks on the other cheek before putting the needle in her bottom and injecting. I wiped off the blood trails running down her bottom and put Bandaids on the two sites and massaged her butt a few minutes.
