Yesterday a resident who was seeing a patient in the ER told me she had a real bad case of poison IVy. She asked me to give her a shot of benadryl and solumedrol. I drew both up in a 3cc syringe with a 20g needle. After she saw her patient we stepped into a room and closed the curtain. She got up on the gurney and I told her she needed to lie on her stomach that both shots needed to go in her bottom. I told her that her arms would be so sore. She relunctantly laid face down. I untied her scrub bottom and pulled them down. She had a very small white thong with both of her cheeks fully esposed. I swabbed an area on her left hip and darted her in the left cheek causing her to jump and she grabbed the saides of bed saying that shit burns. I pulled out the needle and rubbed her smakk cheek a few times. I slapped her right cheek just before placing the second needle in her butt and slowly injected the solumedrol. I put bandaids on both sites and helped her pull up her scrubs. I bet you enjoyed every moment of that. I said well you do have one fine looking bottom. She said well you owe me a dinner date now.

I got into poison ivy over the weekend and my neighbor who is a nurse took me to the ER. His friend was the doctor on duty and he came out to the wating room and saw me and told my friend I needed the cocktail. My friend went in and came out with a small bag and said ok lets go home. On the way home I looked in the bag and saw 2 small vials two syringes and a packet of pills on a card. He told me I needed two shots to stop the itching and hives and the pills I would be taking over the next several days. I said two shots and where are they going? In your bottom he replied. I think I turned bright red. He said I have seen your bottom in your bathing suit before. We went into my house and he drew up both shots. Do I have to have them in my bottom? He said yes. He told me to lie flat on the couch. He pulled down my running shorts and panties. I felt his hand rub the alcohol pad across my left hip. Then I felt the first jab and this burning sensation as he gave me the steroid injection. Then I felt his hand grab my right cheek and pinch my muscle and then the second jab and this time it hurt even more as he injected. I had tears in my eyes when he finished. he massaged both of my hips a few minutes and then pulled up my panties and shorts and helped me get up. I was holding my butt, rubbing it trying to make the burning go away. I got up this morning and both of my hips were still tender to the touch.
