When I was 8 or so years old I had a few occasions to see my mom giving buttock injections to her sister (my aunt). I don't know what exactly it was, but obviously something very painful, as she, c.a. 35-years old at the time, was virtually at a verge of tears. Although I was very young, I found the situation to turn me on really much. In later years I was given many injections myself, some of them where both extremely painful and even more arousing (namely sexually) - it turned out that they aroused me also when I was the one to receive them. While the vitamins were not so utterly bad, then when it came to the iron she always did cry and groan a lot. I hope she never noticed anything, after all she was extremely nervous and in fear of the imminent, but out of 10 times I gave her injections, I had 5 orgasms while still being "at the scene". Even today, many years after, just thinking of what happened then brings me on a verge of orgasm.
