Three such experiences come to mind.

The first was when I when I agreed to take my slightly younger female cousin with me for an injection. I looked forward to seeing her get it in her bottom but the shot was for me and, although she looked away when I pulled my pants down, she must have watched me get it after I bent over and couldn't see where she was looking.

The second was when my adolescent girlfriend was visiting during a doctor's house call and she stayed in the room while I rolled over in bed for a penicillin shot.

The third was in late adolescence when a girl I knew from school was in the waiting room and heard from behind the screen the nurse tell me to pull down my pants and bend over for a shot. Although she didn't actually see me get it, she delighted asking me if I could sit down afterwards.

All three humiliated me at the time but I now find it arousing to have attractive young ladies witness me getting injections in my vulnerable bare bottom.
