My ideal is to drop my trousers for a beautiful but strict nurse who pulls my pants all the way down and makes me bend over the mini-skirted lap of an equally attractive receptionist.
Although I haven't been held across a receptionist's lap for shots since adolescence, I still enjoy bending over with everything pulled down to my ankles in the sometimes gratified hope that the receptionist might come in to see my bare bottom awaiting and getting the jabs. My second favourite position is lying prone.
The one thing about which I remain undecided is whether or not I prefer to see my shots in advance. Whilst watching the nurse prepare a huge injection can be frighteningly thrilling, bending over before she prepares it gives me more time to wallow in bare-bottomed anticipation.
As a confirmed buttock injection masochist, I like my shots back there to hurt as much as possible and I am even disappointed if I can sit down after getting them.

i prefer getting injections in the ass. i get turned on by the idea of a male nurse seeing all my goods. if there is a male nurse (and there usually is where i go), i ask for my injection to be in the butt. he smiles and agrees. i tell him he can pull it down so he knows that enough is exposed. he pulls my pants and underwear down to my knees and tells me to bend over. i shiver as the cold alcohol wipe brushes against my left cheek. i draw in a breath and he asks if i'm ready. i say yes, and then there it is! a quick pinch followed by the burn of the serum going in. when he finishes, he rubs the area a little to make the medicine go in. he gently places a band aid on it and says it will feel better soon.
