Protection against what, Emma? Penicillin is a cure, not a vaccine. Furthermore, getting it unnecessarily can result in a potentially lethal allergic reaction.

If you want to get a penicillin shot, request treatment by injection the next time you are ill. Then pull down your panties, bend over, grit your teeth for the pain and be prepared not to be able to sit on the injected cheek afterwards!
