I can attest that there ARE FEMALE nurses who inject into the buttocks. A memorable injection I got that had my upper butt sore for a few days was administered in an ER by a female nurse. I don't know what I received as for medication, but the next day I was hurting. As to whether she enjoyed it or not I don't know, but she definitely gave it to me!

When bending over with my pants down for a shot, I once asked the nurse if she enjoyed injecting me back there and she replied, "We're not supposed to admit it!"
In conversation with a receptionist during my youth, she said that her favourite part of the job was holding teenaged boys (which I then was) across her lap and watching them injected in the bare bottom.
