You are talking about pain from a rectal injection in your butts.
I had a rectal injection right into my anal orifice once I was only 5 yo prior to some rectal treatment. That hurted!!!
Three grown-up people had to hold me down and open me up for the Doctor so he could give me the injection. Shit!! I can tell you it hurted and it certainly gave me memories for the rest of my life...

Keep in mind that this took place in the late 60's when I was 15. After a physical, the blood count showed that I was slightly anemic and always felt tired. The doctor recommended Iron and B12 shots. I didn't like the idea but my mom agreed, so I didn't have a choice.
The nurse came into the room carrying two syringes and told me to lower my pants. She said that she would give me the Iron injection first and that it would smart. It was painful especially when she injected the medicine. The B12 shot was next and that didn't hurt as much. The nurse told me that I would have a sore "heinie" for a few days and to come back in two weeks.
