 I went fishing with my boyfriend this past weekend and I was wearing a pair of flip flops. I was having a good time catching fish. I caught 6 that day. Unfortunately I stepped on a fish hook and it went into my heel. We tried to remove it,but were unable too. We drove to one of those Medi clinics and signed in. The male nurse had me lie on the table on my stomach and after a few minutes he cut the hook with was able to remove it. He cleaned my heel and put a dressing on it. He said the doctor has ordered a shot of rocephin and tetanus for you so just lie there until I come back. He came back with two shots. He pulled down my bikini bottoms right in front of my boyfriend. I forgot he was looking at my bare butt when he put the first needle in my ass. it was like a bad bee sting. Then he grabs my left cheek and slaps it twice and says big stick as he rams the larger needle deep in my butt. I yell out and have tears in my eyes as he pulls out the needle. That last one bunrs a little. he tells my boyfriend that he might want to rub my butt to work the medicine into my muscle. it hurt like hell the first few moments he rubbed it then it begin to feel better.
