Subject: Trail of the Caribou

Gallipoli is the missing link in the trail of the Caribou. It is a shame that a great deal of Newfoundlanders are unaware of this place of honour which we hold on the stage of world history.

With the 100th approaching the least that we can do is remember them and do them right.

It is our duty to them to complete the link, the majestic Monarch of the Topsails atop a rock crag placed in this distant land is the only way to properly honour them.

Anything less is doing the men an injustice.
