Return the garbage to Canada via (passing thru) the house of the one who requested those garbage to be thrown in the Philippines.

If one has to be that ‘cruel’ , President Putin even came to that point of blasting the tomb of the late or the past Russian President who ‘took the courage’ in the past to sell Alaska (state so rich with oil which was formerly Russian –owned) to U.S. .
