Kentucky - Stephanie has pretty much been my choice since her crowning. Cutesy and Teen, yet has the potential to vamp it up. I believe she's still in high school and I'm hoping that won't hinder her chances. She's got a gorgeous face and that southern charm. I think she could be Kentucky's first Miss Teen USA.

New Hampshire - Beautiful, beautiful girl! Has loads of potential to be a great Miss candidate in a few years. While I think she's such a natural beauty, I don't think she has the presence that some of the other girls have. But I think that face could make up for that.

Hawaii - I think this is the strongest year my state has ever had! Much like her big sister Angela, I think Courtney has the face of a doll.

South Carolina - Much like at Miss USA, I foresee South Carolina to be the lone RPM delegate in the semi-finals. Keyla is a beauty.

Indiana - Super cute girl. Very youthful, which could work against her, though.
