 If nothing else the fire dept is a very clean unit operation. That is all fine untill a young fire fighter used the slippery spray on the rubber floor mats and the pedals. That was a real wake up at 0300 one morning on a down hill mountain road. Tall rubber boots are hard enough to drive in. Our bulky turn out jackets make it hard to fasten the seat belts. Does all the cop gear make it as hard? How do you guys drive with the MDT and other stuff so close? I am always hitting stuff with my coat and getting caught.
